Dear Friends,Where Once Was Water, our new project, is an upbeat, solutions-oriented documentary that tells the story of how the driest city in America, in the middle of the Mojave desert, leads the United States in sustainable water conservation. Surprise! Las Vegas, Nevada, better known for its bright lights and extravagance is certainly the most unlikely city to lead the nation in this effort. The development of the innovative techniques that enabled this constantly expanding city to emerge today, as a leader in water conservation, is primarily due to the efforts of Patrica Mulroy, known to some as the Water Tsar of Las Vegas. We would like to invite you to join us in the exploration of this vital frontier of water sustainability, by supporting our film. The efforts of Las Vegas, in its search for sustainability, have produced important solutions, technological, political, and financial that have on-going global importance. We will be starting a crowdfunding campaign to secure funds needed to complete the film Even if you can’t donate, please help by sharing the information on your social media accounts and following our story on Facebook. Sharing, Liking, and Following increases the number of people who see the campaign and therefore helps with funding.
Very best and thanks for your support, Diana Fuller, Producer |
